To understand what is working and where there is room for growth, I will conduct interviews with Staff Stakeholders that are representative of the organization as a whole.

The staff stakeholders and I will meet for walks (or ability appropriate activity) in parks or other natural places separate from the context of work. Removing ourselves from our work contexts and being in a natural setting, we are able to slow down, see things in a new perspective, & let ourselves dream.

I will provide a compassionate space for people to reflect on your organization’s strength, growth edges, obstacles to growth and creative possible solutions as related to the scope of the project.
